The D-CLUB247 fitness' original freestyle step class. Instructors with years of experience will teach you combinations and a routine while constantly going up and down on your step. Our signature class will drive your heart rate up to about 145bpm while having a fun brain workout. Instructors guide you through the routine teaching a section at a time until the whole routine is put together near the end of the workout. More advanced options will be offered for those participants wanting to push their fitness to new heights! 30 minutes of exhilaration
