A former pro basketball player, Ricky understands life’s journey as a professional athlete, including the highs and lows of rehabilitating the body after injury. Ricky is the quiet enforcer of all things operational in the club.
Tough love workouts without the fad exercises. Brikitta is a pioneer in the industry and speaks “the real” about how to get changes and prove it with scientific based evidence. Brikitta motivates her team and customers with lots of laughter.
